    There is no limit on foreign ownership in companies listed on Casablanca Stock Exchange. For both domestic and foreign ownership, if the investment value goes over 40% of ownership, the transaction fall under public offerings regulation and the investor should prepare a prospectus for a takeover bid and submit it to the capital market authority for approval. Above 95%, the investor must file for a public offering of withdrawal.
