In accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 31-13 on the right of access to information, the Chairman of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority has designated Mr. Hicham ELALAMY as the person responsible for access to information.
The internal committee on the right of access to information is composed of the following members:
● Ms. Dania BOUHLAL, representative of the Communication Department;
● Mr. Mohamed ALOUI, representative of the Organisation and Quality Department;
● Ms. Nawal TANANE, representative of the Logistics Service;
● Ms. Meryame HIMEUR, representative of the Legal Affairs Department.
