The Enforcement Committee is an independent body tasked with investigating conduct that may warrant sanctions issued by the President of the AMMC. Upon concluding its investigation, the Committee recommends the appropriate administrative sanction, whether disciplinary, pecuniary, or both. Additionally, the Committee advises the President on whether to refer cases to the relevant judicial authorities should any acts be classified as criminal offenses.
The Enforcement Committee comprises three permanent members:

The Chairperson, a magistrate appointed by the Minister of Economy and Finance upon the proposal of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power;

Two members appointed intuitu personae by the Board of Directors, selected for their integrity and expertise in legal and financial matters.
Members of the Enforcement Committee are appointed for a four-year term, renewable once.
