List of persons in charge of the right of access to information
In accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 31-13 on the right of access to information, the Chairman of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority has designated Mr. Hicham ELALAMY as the person responsible for access to information.
The internal committee on the right of access to information is composed of the following members:
- Ms. Dania BOUHLAL, representative of the Communication Department;
- Mr. Mohamed ALOUI, representative of the Organisation and Quality Department;
- Ms. Nawal TANANE, representative of the Logistics Service;
- Ms. Meryame HIMEUR, representative of the Legal Affairs Department.

How can your information request be submitted?
You may submit your request for access to information through any of the following channels:
- Direct submission against receipt;
- By post;
- By e-mail;
- Through the portal dedicated to requests for access to information (www.chafafiya.ma).
How should your request for access to information be drafted?
The request must be drawn up using the request form for access to information and must include the following information:
- Full name of the applicant;
- Mailing address;
- National Identity Card number*;
- E-mail address, if the information is to be sent by e-mail;
- Description of the information requested.
*For foreign nationals residing in Morocco, the number of the document attesting to the lawfulness of their stay on the national territory.
